Our mission is to empower our members not just physically, but in all aspects of life. We offer elite instruction, in a premium facility with a warm, inclusive and inviting community. Life on the mat is simply a microcosm of life in general. It is in this safe environment where we can test ourselves and constantly improve our techniques, strategy and approach, as well as learn from our mistakes and how to adapt. Jiu jitsu not only improves your body physically, there is a myriad of other mental and emotional benefits (confidence, patience, perseverance, discipline, problem solving and the power of living in the moment to name a few). We welcome everyone at GFTeam Bondi and our community is at the heart of what we do.
